Denzil and Freida Richardson founded the United Pentecostal Church of Madagascar in 1970.  The church now has 66,518 constituents, 615 churches and preaching points and 520 licensed ministers.  The UPC of Madagascar is currently the largest organized UPC church in the Africa Region.
